Our group was founded by Mr. C.R. Sharp in 1932 with the first office in Mumbai (then Bombay). The partnership firm, Sharp & Tannan, came into existence in 1934, when Mr. B.R. Tannan joined with Mr. Sharp in the partnership.
The Sharp & Tannan Group is now represented by 5 entities and its branches:

- Sharp & Tannan Associates, Mumbai
- Sharp & Tannan, New Delhi
- Sharp & Tannan, Chennai
- Sharp & Tannan, Goa
